Nick Hansen is an illustrator from the Pacific Northwest who grew up in Seattle. Though their main interest is in public health, art has been a longstanding passion of theirs. They do both traditional and digital illustration, favoring pen and ink, charcoal, and Procreate. Nick has made designs for multiple small businesses, including A B
Nick Hansen is an illustrator from the Pacific Northwest who grew up in Seattle. Though their main interest is in public health, art has been a longstanding passion of theirs. They do both traditional and digital illustration, favoring pen and ink, charcoal, and Procreate. Nick has made designs for multiple small businesses, including A Better Edge sharpening and BMC designs, and they were a member of the collaborative Seattle comic DUNE for several years. Most recently, they drew fish for the federal government (USGS). Their art incorporates elements of identity, physicality, and connection, which they best encapsulate through their work with character design. Nick is currently pursuing an anthropology degree at WWU and loves graphic novels, cooking with friends, and their cats Earl and Gita.
